What is artificial urine used for?
Artificial urine is used to test and calibrate urinalysis devices, sensors, absorbent products and urological implants, and to culture urological pathogens in vitro.
Which formulation should I choose?
Choose the formulation named in your test method (for example EN ISO 20696 or DIN EN 1616). Each product page states the standard it follows.
Can the pH, composition or pack size be customised?
Yes. Stabiliser, pH value, pack size and composition can be adjusted to your specification. Contact info@biochemazone.com with your requirements.
How are the products shipped and stored?
Products are transported at room temperature and stored at 2–30 °C. The shelf life is stated on each product page. Products that contain protein, enzymes or mucin are best kept at 2–8 °C for prolonged storage; this is noted on the product page. We ship worldwide.
