Product Overview

Biochemazone 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 8.5, RNase-free BZ215 is a Tris buffer stock prepared for RNA work and other nuclease-sensitive applications, such as RNA extraction, in vitro transcription, cDNA synthesis and RNA storage buffers.

The solution is adjusted to pH 8.5 at 25 °C, autoclaved and prepared RNase-free. Tris at pH 8.5 is also the classic base of DNA elution buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5), so a 1:100 dilution in nuclease-free water gives a ready elution buffer.

Each batch is prepared under Biochemazone’s ISO 9001 / GMP quality system.
