Product Overview

Biochemazone 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5 BZ234 is a ready-to-use, low-strength Tris buffer for eluting and storing DNA. It has the same composition as the common elution buffer used with silica spin columns and magnetic beads, and it contains no EDTA, so eluted DNA can go straight into PCR, sequencing and enzyme reactions.

Use it to elute plasmid, genomic and PCR clean-up DNA, to dilute DNA samples and sequencing libraries, and as a gentle storage buffer where EDTA is not wanted. pH 8.0 and pH 7.5 versions can be made on request.

Each batch is prepared with ISO 3696 compliant high-purity water under Biochemazone’s ISO 9001 / GMP quality system.
