Biochemazone Dry Powder Kits BZ633 bring seven of our best-selling simulated body fluids in dry form. Each kit contains pre-weighed salts and buffers in sealed pouches; you dissolve them in purified water to make a fresh liquid. Powder kits cost far less to ship than liquids, especially overseas, and keep for years instead of months.
Kits are available for Simulated Interstitial Fluid (pH 7.4), Simulated Gastric Fluid (pH 1.2), Simulated Intestinal Fluid (pH 6.8), Simulated Wound Fluid (pH 7.4), Artificial Tears (pH 7.4), Simulated Lung Fluid, Gamble type (pH 7.4) and Simulated Nasal Fluid (pH about 6.0, range 5.5–6.5). The pH given is that of the prepared solution; a pH-adjustment guide is included.
Proteins, enzymes and mucin are not stable enough to include in every kit; where a liquid product contains them, they are packed separately or listed as optional additions. Preservative-free. Made under Biochemazone’s ISO 9001 / GMP quality system.
