Biochemazone Artificial Aqueous Component of Lymph BZ434, also called simulated aqueous component of lymph, is a ready-to-use synthetic solution designed to replicate the properties of natural lymph fluid, at pH 7.4. It replicates the physical and chemical properties of natural lymph fluid, such as viscosity, density and pH level. The pH of natural lymph fluid is about 7.2 to 7.6; the standard formulation is set at 7.4. Its viscosity and density are matched to the natural fluid, and it stays stable through the test.
Research laboratories use it to study the interaction between the fluid and the lymphatic system, and in tests that simulate natural lymph fluid and assess its effects. It is also used to evaluate and calibrate medical devices and diagnostic tools that interact with lymph fluid, in the development of new technologies and procedures related to lymphatic health and function, and in training, where it simulates lymph fluid interactions without natural lymph samples.
It is supplied stabilized and has a 1-year shelf life unopened; a preservative-free version (6-month shelf life) and a dried Powder Version Kit are available on request. The formulation, minerals, organic content and pH can be customized. This simulated fluid is for scientific research and in vitro use only; it is not for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
