Artificial Eccrine Perspiration for Corrosion Testing – Seven Standard Versions BZ392
Product Code: BZ392
Manufacturer: Biochemazone
Available Pack Sizes: 200 mL per version (seven versions, BZ392A to BZ392G)
Custom Bulk Quantities Available
Product Overview
Biochemazone Artificial Eccrine for Corrosion Testing BZ392 brings together seven artificial perspirations for corrosion and chemical-resistance testing of wearables and other products in prolonged contact with human sweat. Sweat tarnishes, oxidises and discolours metals and coatings and can cause loss of gloss, shrinkage and cracking; these solutions simulate that attack so that resistance can be measured before a product reaches the customer. Each version is ready to use in a 200 mL bottle.
Choose the version by the standard your test follows: nickel release (BS EN 1811:2011), gold alloy coverings on watch cases (ISO 3160-2), builders’ hardware finishes (ANSI/BHMA A156.18), automotive trim (GMW14334), markings and letterings on keys and controls (IEC 60068-2-70), spectacle frames (ISO 12870) or shoe upper leather (ASTM D2322-00). The pH of any version can be customized.
Every version is supplied not stabilized and preservative-free, with a 6-month shelf life unopened; a stabilized version is available on request for all versions except ANSI/BHMA A156.18, which is not offered stabilized. Prepared with ISO 3696 compliant high-purity water under Biochemazone’s ISO 9001 / GMP quality system. Each solution is also sold as its own product in 100 mL to 1000 mL bottles – follow the links in the table.
