Product Overview
Biochemazone Artificial Sweat Analyte Panels BZ621 are artificial eccrine sweat at three defined levels of the analytes that wearable sweat sensors measure: sodium, potassium, chloride, lactate, glucose and cortisol. Testing a patch or smartwatch sensor against low, normal and high sweat gives its range, linearity and cross-sensitivity in a realistic matrix.
Nominal levels: Level 1 (low) sodium 20, chloride 20, potassium 3, lactate 5 and glucose 0.02 mmol/L, cortisol 20 ng/mL; Level 2 (normal) sodium 50, chloride 45, potassium 5, lactate 15 and glucose 0.1 mmol/L, cortisol 60 ng/mL; Level 3 (high) sodium 100, chloride 90, potassium 10, lactate 30 and glucose 0.3 mmol/L, cortisol 150 ng/mL. Measured values are stated on the certificate. The sweat is adjusted to pH 6.0 (range 5.5–6.5), within the range of active sweat.
