ALL ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED AND SHIPPED STRICTLY SUBJECT TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND NO OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRINTED ON BUYER’S PURCHASE ORDER OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO YOUR ORDER.

We make sure that the lowest shipping rates are charged. Whenever possible, we will ship products by the method specified on your order. We work closely with UPS, FedEx, and DHL and find we can serve you best when using these carriers. We will be happy to utilize other carriers based on your requirements; however, we must reserve the right to alter these instructions, in which case, we will select the most appropriate and cost-effective method. Certain poisonous, reactive, corrosive or other Hazardous chemicals may require a barrier bag, steel can, and/or another special packaging for shipment. There will be additional charges for these packages. Our Customer Service Representatives will advise you of the charges at the time the order is placed. We strive to minimize these costs through efficient packaging. If you wish to use your own courier account number or specify the method of shipment. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship directly to your door.

  1. Received your order request After processing your payment and receiving your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.
  2. Processing time In this part, we kindly ask about 2-5 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package is shipped out, we will send you an email about the delivery information. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
  3. Shipping time Standard Rate Shipping: 2 – 7 business days About the shipping fee, please refer to the website update or at the checkout page.
    Note: The public holidays, destination countries, and couriers will be affected the shipping time too.
  4. Delivered Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time.
    According to the feedback, most packages can deliver fast and safely.

All orders are shipped FOB seller‘s shipping point. Your order may be subject to handling charges. We can also ship freight collect, if desired. All prices are listed in USD. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. In cases where the selling prices have changed significantly, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping your mailed, faxed, or electronically-transferred order. OUR PAYMENT TERMS ARE NET 15 DAYS OF INVOICE GENERATION. On not receiving the payments in 7 days, Biochemazone™ hold the rights to cancel or terminate the order without informing the purchaser.

No change by Purchaser of any term or condition of this contract or any of Seller‘s rights or remedies hereunder shall be binding on Seller, nor shall the order hereby acknowledged be changed or canceled by Purchaser unless approved in writing by an authorized person of Biochemazone™. There are no representations, agreements, promises, or understandings between Purchaser and Seller that are not expressed herein.

We accept a purchase orders from our existing customers only with Net 15 days payment terms.

Against advance payment only.

Any items that require dry ice will be charged a dry ice fee of $35.00 per order and any items considered hazardous will be charged $45.00 for the 1st box and 27.50 each additional box.

Biochemazone™ provides custom manufacturing services for both research and commercial applications. Bulk packaging and custom formatting are available. Upon your receipt of goods shipped hereunder, you shall inspect the goods and notify our Customer Service Department of any claims for shortages, defects or damages. If you fail to so notify us within 72 hours after you receive the goods, the goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to these Conditions and to have been irrevocably accepted by you. 

 

Not all items will be authorized for return, due to temperature and packing requirements. Items authorized for return must arrive at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale to be eligible for product credit. A restocking charge of 25% or $100 (whichever is greater) shall be charged on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours. Shipping charges will not be credited. Goods may not be returned for credit after 20 days after your receipt of the goods.
